About the role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for conducting all teller functions and processing various transactions for customers in accordance with all regulations. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting relevant banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their account, transactions and banking services.
- Provide information about our products and services, including loans or savings account.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, wire-transfer, and payment.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Educate customer on digital banking options and assist them with online and mobile banking services.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
- Reviews customer profiles and engages customers in a needs-based conversation to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking plans.
- Manages cash transactions between treasury and various branch units.
- Oversee ATM Operations, including cash management, replenishment, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Monitor and reconcile cash supplies and ensure adherence to cash handling policies.
- Proactively promote and cross-sell a variety of financial products such as savings account, or retirement accounts.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to protect the bank and customers from fraud and financial risks.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain adequate cash supplies for daily transactions.
- Process currency exchange transactions using banking software, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualification and Skills
- Post-secondary degree or certification in related field is desirable
- Completing of Canadian Securities Course is an asset
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Knowledge of various banking products and services
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Knowledge of foreign currency
