What you will do
As an Associate Sales Representative at Stryker, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Joint Replacement and Trauma sales team. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and healthcare professionals to drive the adoption of our life-changing technologies and ensure the safe and effective use of our medical devices in clinical settings. If you have a strong understanding of anatomy, thrive in high-pressure environments like the operating room, and are passionate about improving patient outcomes — this is the opportunity for you. Assists Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of Stryker products

Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products

Serve as a technical expert in joint replacement and trauma product lines, leveraging your knowledge of anatomy and procedural workflows

Track territory activity and report progress to Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and Directors

Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion

Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products
What you need
Required:
-
University Degree
-
1+ years in an outside sales position
Preferred:
- University Degree in Biomedical Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales
Additional Information:
- Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
- Must have a valid driver’s license
