About the role
Family Practice (200-1629)
Excellent opportunity for a family physician in a busy and collegial Primary Care Medical Home. Our clinic has the following health providers: family physicians, nurse practitioners, paediatricians, clinical pharmacist, orthotists, social worker and a full time nurse. We have a very dedicated and efficient office manager as well as a large team of long-term support staff to assist with your clinical practice. Maximum work flexibility.
Additional community opportunities for obstetrical, emergency and hospital work available for further renumeration. Weekday office work schedule expected. No walk-in component. No weekend office time.
Applicant will care for own long term patient panel. Cross coverage of patient care for absent physicians expected and reciprocated.

25% on in-clinic earnings, 10% on hospital/community care
Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change):
• Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
• Relocation: up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
• Flat fee: $6,373.80
• Fee Premium: 4.20%
• CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community.
