Job Title: Paralegal
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team in preparing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining case files. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations
- Assist attorneys in case preparation, including organizing evidence, exhibits, and briefs
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
- File documents with courts and other agencies as required
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside counsel in a professional and confidential manner
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filing and compliance
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field
- Paralegal certification (preferred or required based on jurisdiction)
- Minimum [insert number] years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formats
- Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Working Conditions:
