Job Overview:

We are seeking 2 motivated and experienced Servers to join our team.

One for The Palate and another for Cora Breakfast and Lunch in Fredericton.

As a Server, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during the morning or night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to maintain a cohesive work environment

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team

• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food industry practices

• Proficient in cash handling procedures

• Familiarity with restaurant management systems

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Understanding of food safety regulations
