FB Canada Express is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, playing a vital role in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, strong computer literacy (especially with Microsoft Office applications), and the ability to multitask efficiently while staying organized. You will work closely with various departments including operations, sales, and logistics to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Accurately process customer orders, respond to logistics inquiries, and provide real-time shipment updates.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to maintain customer records, log interactions, and generate necessary reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and identify any opportunities to improve their experience.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure service excellence and quick resolution of any issues.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring every issue is resolved to satisfaction.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements, share feedback, and stay aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative mindset and a team-player attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is highly preferred, especially in a logistics, transportation, or e-commerce environment.
- Bonus: Mandarin or French Speaking.
Education
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field (preferred but not required).
