Job Description
The BIM Facilitator will lead advanced digital delivery efforts across design and construction teams by developing automation tools, supporting intelligent content development, and enabling seamless data flow between platforms. This role requires strong visual scripting capabilities, advanced Revit and Civil 3D knowledge, and fluency in data and API integrations, empowering multidisciplinary teams through innovation and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom scripts using Dynamo, Grasshopper, and other visual programming platforms for geometry creation, automation, and analysis tasks across disciplines.

Design and deploy Revit and Civil 3D add-ins using pyRevit and Python, streamlining workflows and enhancing team productivity.

Build and maintain custom dashboards using Power BI to monitor design progress, visualize model health, project KPIs, and asset performance.
-
Integrate Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) with internal systems through API programming, ensuring fluid data exchange and automation across CDEs.

Lead content creation initiatives, including Revit families, Civil 3D styles, templates, and BIM libraries aligned with project and organizational standards.

Utilize tools such as IMAGINiT Clarity for automated publishing, health checks, and task scheduling.

Support instrumentation and metering strategies by implementing IoT-based solutions and sensor-driven asset tagging for facilities, working in coordination with asset management systems.

Ensure model outputs support operational performance assessment and enable visual asset performance audit using Autodesk Tandem and IBM Maximo.

Promote innovative BIM approaches, champion automation practices, and proactively address modeling inefficiencies across design teams.
Qualifications
-
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
-
4–7 years of experience in BIM facilitation or digital automation roles within infrastructure and facilities.
-
Proficient in Dynamo, Grasshopper, and Python for BIM and CDE automation.
-
Experience using pyRevit, Revit API, Civil 3D API, RESTful APIs development and integration and task-specific add-in development.
-
Skilled in Power BI dashboard creation linked to BIM and project databases.

Hands-on experience with Revit and Civil 3D content development, including adaptive parametric families and object and label styles.

Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and its API capabilities for file sharing, management and automation.

Working knowledge of Imaginit Clarity, Autodesk Tandem, and IBM Maximo integration workflows.
-
Understanding of instrumentation, metering, and sensor-based asset monitoring for digital twin strategies.
-
Familiarity with C# is an asset.

Proven track record of innovation, self-directed problem solving, and cross-disciplinary communication.
