The bigger picture
We’re looking for a Small Business Advisor, Agriculture in Moosomin. We are looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions. You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture small business members.
How you’ll be spending your time
- Providing holistic financial advice to our agriculture small business members
- Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
- Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
- Making sure there’s a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

- A self-starter with knowledge of financial statements and assessing risk
- A natural people person who thrives on developing relationships within the small business community
- A collaborator who supports individuals, teams, projects and initiatives within our organization to help us grow
- An ace at details, who’s highly accountable and delivers on expectations
The experience you bring
- 3+ years of previous credit and advisory experience in a financial institution
- Proven relationship management skills
- Experience in business or agricultural lending
- Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset
- Experience in the agriculture industry or running a small business is an asset
Salary range
$74,510 - $93,140 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
