In this role, you will:
- Job and contract creation in Yardi as requested by Project Managers through approval forms.
- Maintaining accurate data in Yardi by performing routine maintenance as required. Tasks include but are not limited to closing jobs, reviewing aging contracts, triggering workflows and site contact information.
- Preparing packages for AGI submission that include organizing reports, pulling required information from the system (Purchase Orders, Invoice Copies, Bank Statements, etc.) and preparing the file.
- Managing the centralized administration mailbox to offer support to Project Manager’s for questions and requests.
- Assisting with reviewing monthly financial forecasts and performing variance analysis
- Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
We would like you to have:

**Education:**Post-Secondary Education, either a College Diploma or a University Degree, in a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel preferred
