Major Responsibilities

• Completes assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance.
• Composes, types and prints reports, general letters, spreadsheets, e-mail, and memoranda from rough drafts or general instructions.
• Gathers and organizes data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports.
• Makes copies, runs reports, provides assistance for projects as assigned, and other administrative tasks.
• Organizes hard or soft files.
• Assists in preparing written reports.
• Accompanies professional level employees on assignments.
• Completes any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Or Certifications Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university (degree and/or level in college desired depends on department)

Minimum Experience Or Skills Required

• Basic computer skills (certain departments may desire more specific experience).
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
