What you will do:

• Reconciliation of the branch’s daily cash sales reports;
• Make daily bank deposits;
• Sales order processing;
• Cycle count and inventory adjustment processing;
• Supervise the Vendor Return process;
• Process freight claims and invoices;
• Answering incoming branch phone calls.
• Process monthly time sheets to Manager.
• Orders all office supplies for branch
• Some Data entry
• Entering & processing all branch credits.

What you will bring:

• High School education plus a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years work experience in a similar role, or the equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) is required;
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written;
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization;
• Highly organized in prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment;
• Extreme attention to detail;
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment;
• Fluency in both French and English would be an asset.
