What you will do:
- Reconciliation of the branch’s daily cash sales reports;
- Make daily bank deposits;
- Sales order processing;
- Cycle count and inventory adjustment processing;
- Supervise the Vendor Return process;
- Process freight claims and invoices;
- Answering incoming branch phone calls.
- Process monthly time sheets to Manager.
- Orders all office supplies for branch
- Some Data entry
- Entering & processing all branch credits.
What you will bring:
- High School education plus a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years work experience in a similar role, or the equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) is required;
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written;
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization;
- Highly organized in prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment;
- Extreme attention to detail;
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment;
- Fluency in both French and English would be an asset.
