About the Role:
As a Maintenance Mechanic at Woodbridge Pallet, you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently. From performing routine maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, your hands-on expertise will help minimize downtime and support a smooth manufacturing process in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain saws, nailing machines, conveyors & more
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical issues
  • Weld & fabricate for equipment repairs/mods
  • Service forklifts & material handling gear
  • Perform building repairs & support installations
  • Follow all safety procedures including LOTO
  • Keep accurate maintenance records & manage spare parts inventory

What You Bring

  • Millwright/Industrial Mechanic certification or equivalent experience
  • 3 plus year’s experience in manufacturing, sawmills, or pallet/wood processing preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge & electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Welding experience (MIG, Stick, Arc)
  • Able to read blueprints/schematics
  • Physically fit for a dusty, fast-paced setting
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Available for afternoon shifts + emergency repairs

Woodbridge Pallet utilizes an indoor facility comprising of 140,000 square feet complete with 20 loading docks for producing, storing, and transport maneuverability within the Greater Toronto Area. To surpass demand and quality requests, we have incorporated conveyor systems, automated sorting, stacking, repair and nailing equipment to assist in the demand for proficient and prompt pallet construction and repair.
