WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Group COO / CFO, you will serve as the principal operator and financial architect of Elevation Capital — translating the founder’s vision into execution across a portfolio of high-performing businesses. You will lead both the centralized operational infrastructure and the strategic financial management of the group, acting as the primary integrator for cross-vertical performance, growth, and profitability, in a fast paced, high striving family office environment.
You’ll be accountable for all aspects of operational execution: performance systems, team development, legal and risk, construction and land development, and new business integration. On the financial side, you’ll build world-class systems for reporting, forecasting, global tax management, and capital planning across the group’s entities — ensuring disciplined scaling and value creation.
This role is ideal for a strategic powerhouse who thrives in complex environments, brings relentless clarity to execution, and can lead across disciplines — from investment diligence to asset management to new venture launches.
As a very big focus of this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction planning, real estate management, and land development for the company and family office — from budgeting and entitlements to execution and ROI analysis. You’ll be directly responsible for major development initiatives in a global environment (Canada, US, Caribbean, etc), ensuring timelines, compliance, brand alignment, and financial returns. Deep experience in this area is a must.

- Talent Multiplier – You’re a leader of leaders, known for attracting and developing high-performing teams.
- Trustworthy Partner – You’ve earned the loyalty of visionary founders by owning outcomes and safeguarding the mission.
- Decisive & Disciplined – You drive accountability through clear priorities, performance metrics, and a strong culture of execution.
- Operational Integrator – You’ve orchestrated multi-entity operations, from M&A and investments to land development and venture incubation.
- Calm Under Pressure – You bring composure, credibility, and clarity in complex, high-growth contexts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding, developing and executing founder vision to reality.
- Own group-wide operations across business units, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance.
- Lead execution of real estate and land development projects for personal residence to commercial projects.
- Oversee all financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management across the portfolio.
- Lead strategic tax planning, entity structuring, and capital allocation.
- Acquisition and oversight for the support and service leadership staff of the family office including global travel, asset management (estates, marine assets), staffing etc
- Manage external counsel relationships, legal workflows, risk, and compliance.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and leadership performance systems across the group.
- Oversee investment diligence, modeling, acquisition integration, and pre-exit capital strategies.
- Launch and operationalize new business units; act as founder proxy where needed.
- Build scalable financial infrastructure to support growth from hundreds of millions to billions in enterprise value.
- Partner with bankers, investors, and potential acquirers on fundraising and exit preparation.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 10–15+ years’ executive experience as COO, CFO, President, or similar in complex, multi-entity organizations.
- Advanced Technology Proficiency. You know how to work in a remote environment, can make your own agendas and know how to gather and organize data as an asset in an AI first environment.
- Prior successful experience reporting directly to, or working very closely with, first gen hard charging founders; strong, verifiable, track record of founder trust, alignment and success.
- Strong developed design / build capability for projects ranging from from 1-50M with land development, zoning components including estate management.
- MBA and CPA/CA preferred; strong command of finance, tax, capital structuring, budgeting and investment.
- Experience leading teams across finance, operations, legal, and investments.

- Experience with real estate/land development, M&A, and venture integration is highly valuable.
- Previous experience / success and willingness to support service elements of UHNW family office.
