The Opportunity:
The Technical Lead, Development Data is responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software products. This role will be leading in the COR.TRANSFORM portfolio and experience with KTA (Kofax TotalAgility) is required for the person to excel in this role.
This is a hybrid role with requirements to be on site 3 days a week, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.

About The Role:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Demonstrate best practices in coding, design principles, and technical decision-making. Participate in coding sessions and design reviews to set standards.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Architecting and designing scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensuring the codebase is maintainable, efficient, and adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Establish coding guidelines and standards for the team to follow.
- Identifying and resolving technical challenges and bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning
What You Need to Succeed:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms or programming languages is considered an asset.
Experience:
- 7+ years in software development with hands-on coding and solution design.
- 2+ years in a leadership role guiding teams and making strategic technical decisions.
- Proven track record in managing technical projects from planning to delivery.
- Experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA), preferably version 7.11 or higher, on-premises or cloud
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and automation tools.
Skill requirements
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable system architecture.
- Knowledge of database design, SQL, and NoSQL database.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially in technical and project-related matters.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong skills in documenting technical solutions and project progress.
