SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a Senior Accounting****Manager at our Hanna, Albertaoffice. As a key leader within the firm, they will play an integral role in driving client success, fostering a culture of excellence, and contributing to the continued growth of our organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead and manage client engagements, delivering exceptional audit, tax, and advisory services.
- Develop and refine accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies, including the implementation of process and system improvements.
- Review and oversee client tax provisions, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for tax planning.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Stay current on Canadian GAAP (ASPE, ASNFPO) and tax regulations, leveraging your expertise to guide clients and team members.
- Design and optimize workflows, processes, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Collaborate with other leaders to plan resources and manage capacity effectively.
- Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering their development and contributing to a culture of excellence.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A CPA designation and a minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience.
- Proven success in client service, business development, and team leadership.
- Advanced technical knowledge in Canadian GAAP (ASPE, ASNFPO) and Canadian tax (personal, corporate, excise).
- Proficiency with Caseware, Jazzit, Keystone, Excel, and Profile.
- A passion for mentorship and team development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
