Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for completing transversal technology projects on time, on budget and to quality standards. He/she will also ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and proactively manage risks.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

• Clarify objectives, deliverables and milestones for cross-functional or more complex technology projects.

• Ensure quality standards in terms of documentation, project structure, meeting legal requirements.

• Develop and monitor project plans (schedule, budget, resources).

• Coordinate technical teams (developers, engineers, analysts) and project stakeholders.

• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Manage scope changes, priorities and stakeholder expectations.

• Use project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Miro, Confluence).

• Prepare and lead follow-up meetings (steering committees, governance).

• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering or project management

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management (an asset if projects are in IT)

• PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification (an asset)

• Bilingualism French/English

• Excellent command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban)

• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of web, cloud, software or information systems technologies

• Proficiency in collaborative tools (eg. Microsoft Teams)

• Ability to evolve in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
