**Job Opening: Senior Drone Operator (RPAS)
Location: Canada/U.S.-wide | Travel: 12+ days/month
Type: Full-Time | Remote Sensing & Infrastructure
Ctrl is hiring an experienced drone operator to support high-stakes missions across North America. We work with governments, utilities, and energy developers to deliver LiDAR, thermal, and photogrammetry data at scale.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in UAV/Drone/RPAS operations, infrastructure, and geospatial data collection
• Advanced RPAS (Canada) and FAA Part 107 (U.S.) certifications
• Proven flight skills with enterprise drones, sensors, and related SaaS technology
• Experience traveling/operating in remote areas and willing to travel 12+ days/month across Canada & the U.S.
• Demonstrated ability to follow Transport Canada and FAA guidelines, and company SOPs
• Strong documentation, safety, leadership, team, and field coordination skills
• Must undergo a full background check with fingerprinting

• $90,000 CAD+ depending on experience (minimum 5 years full-time)
