About the role
Who you are
- You have 2-4 years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the US or Canada (Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus)
- Experience with consultative selling - you know how to ask the right questions and act more as an advisor than a salesperson
- Full cycle sales: inbound, outbound sales, and account management
- Demonstrated fluency in the English language, both written and verbal, enabling effective and professional communication with diverse stakeholders
- You have used Hubspot CRM or a similar CRM on a daily basis
- You’re naturally curious and enjoy learning about other businesses and their processes in order to understand the business impact of our solutions
- You’re an excellent, prompt communicator and have good time management skills
- You’re a team player, self-starter, and excited about making a direct impact on increasing our user base
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial/startup environment
- Experience working with remote teams
What the job involves
- As an Account Executive, Full Cycle Sales, at LeadDyno, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers
- You will own the full sales cycle from qualified interest to close, and renewal of enterprise customers, serving as both a consultant and an educator on the value of affiliate marketing
- Your primary focus will be guiding businesses to evaluate our platform, converting free trials to paid plans, and facilitating a smooth setup with our Configuration Specialist, ensuring long-term success
- And extending your consultative skills to support the renewal of our enterprise customers
- When we welcome you aboard as a Full-Time Account Executive, Full Cycle Sales, we’ll introduce you to your team, which consists of a GM, Social Media Specialist, Technical Support Lead, Customer Happiness Specialists, Product Manager, and Software Engineers
- These are the people you’ll work closely with day-to-day
- Once you get settled in and learn more about the team, your day-to-day activities will look something like this:
- Develop subject matter expertise on affiliate marketing to strategically advise prospects on how to launch or scale their own affiliate, referral, or influencer marketing program with LeadDyno
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Respond to qualified inbound and outbound leads from initial discovery to close, filling your pipeline
- Deliver 1:1 and group consultative demos
- Nurture opportunities to close-won, guiding prospects to sign up for free trials and converting them to paying users
- Engage with prospects through thoughtful follow-up via email, phone, LinkedIn (or other mediums), adding value at every touchpoint
- Work closely with Marketing on initiatives to drive sales (i.e. email workflows, improving pre-recorded demos, marketing strategies, etc.)
- Update HubSpot CRM system to track your progress on all deals, leads, tasks, and opportunities
- Work with legal/finance on any special agreements that need to be reviewed and signed
- Help with transition to Configuration Specialist to onboard new customers and ensure adoption and long-term success
- Recognize and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts and generate new revenue
