Standard Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm | 35 hours per week
Job Description:
TORQUE Motorsports is looking for an energetic and driven Motorsports Salesperson to join our team in Moncton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your passion for motorsports and your ability to connect with customers will be crucial to your success. If you are a go-getter with proven sales experience and a desire to sell the Extreme TORQUE lifestyle, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting motorsport products, including ATVs, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, boats, Sea-Doos, and accessories, with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of all products and promotions to effectively address customer needs and close sales.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, consistent follow-ups, and a genuine passion for helping them find the perfect vehicle.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is completed thoroughly.
- Follow up promptly and professionally on customer inquiries received via phone, email, walk-ins, social media, and website requests.
- Regularly engage with local Motorsports clubs and enthusiasts to build strong relationships and promote the TORQUE brand within the community.
- Coordinate effectively with the Parts & Service Departments to ensure each unit is properly prepared for the customer, with clear communication regarding timelines for maintenance and repairs.
- Actively participate in the weekly meeting with the TORQUE Sales team to share
- insights and strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell customers on units, parts, and accessories to enhance their motorsport experience.
What You Need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in motorsports or a related industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- A genuine passion for motorsports and familiarity with BRP products (ATVs, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, boats, Sea-Doos).
- Post Secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.

- Exceptional ability to build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a persuasive and energetic approach.
- Excellent active listening skills to effectively understand and address customer needs and concerns.
