We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to support daily operations eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging written and visual content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
• Graphic & Packaging Design Coordination: Assist in designing marketing materials and coordinate with partners on packaging design projects to ensure brand consistency.
• Marketing Partner Communication: Liaise with marketing partners, vendors, and collaborators to support joint campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Website Updates: Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is current and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
• B2B Sales Support: Identify and reach out to potential B2B partners, assist with lead generation, and support the sales team in nurturing relationships and closing deals.
• Project Coordination: Track project timelines, organize deliverables, and provide regular status updates to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
• CRM & Data Management: Update CRM systems, input new leads, and maintain accurate records of client and partner interactions.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities to inform marketing strategy.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail in content and design
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, etc.)
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable collaborating with remote teams and external partners
• Eagerness to learn and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment
