Responsibilities Our priority is to make sure we hire safe operators that care about the safety of our team and the service provided to our customers. As an operator with us the minimum responsibilities are:
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday overtime Transfer Operator Essential Functions
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment to push, cover, and pack refuse and solid waste.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Service equipment including fueling, checking hydraulics, and greasing.
- Identify hazardous waste and non-allowed materials.
- Pick up solid waste and trash from roads, driveways, and ditches.
- Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Perform other duties as necessary or incidental to the role.

Roll Off Driver Essential Functions
- Attend residential, commercial, and industrial locations to haul roll-off containers.
- Operate the truck using internal and external controls to lift and lower containers.
- Secure or release containers on the ground and interact with customers professionally.
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and refuel the vehicle at shift end.
- Use a tablet and complete daily logs.

What We Need From You
- Valid DZ or AZ Driver's License
- Clean driving record / CVOR
- 2+ years of local route driving experience
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements
