Are you ready to lead a well-established, thriving dental clinic into its next exciting chapter? Williams Lake Smiles is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager or a Senior Dental Receptionist ready to transition into leadership to join our dynamic, vibrant team.

Located in the heart of Williams Lake **(**Only an hour's flight away from Vancouver, with flights scheduled daily), our clinic has been a trusted name in dental care for many years. With nearly 4,000 active patients, three dentists, three hygienists, and five bright, modern operatories, we’re a high-volume practice with a strong reputation and a loyal patient base.

This is more than a management job; it’s a leadership opportunity. We’re looking to hire someone who can lead by example, drive performance, and maintain a culture of excellence. You will be instrumental in guiding our team and ensuring every patient experience is a 5-star one. You will shine even more if you are experienced with dental scheduling, dental insurance, and accounts receivable

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

  • Permanent Full-time position; Benefits included for full-time employees

  • Flexible manager hours (Clinic runs Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–4:30 pm with a 1-hour break)

SCHEDULE:

  • 32-40 hours
  • Monday to Friday - No evenings or weekends!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3–5 years of experience in dental office management, dental reception, dental administration, or as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
  • CDA experience is considered an asset, willing to train the right candidate
  • Experience with Dentrix is considered an asset
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Strong customer service skills
