Whether it’s leadership, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, public speaking, or creative problem-solving—our sessions bring real-world learning to life. We’ve partnered with educators across Ontario and professionals from organizations like Microsoft, Deloitte, and RBC to bridge the gap between school and success.
We’re looking for energetic, passionate, and engaging facilitators (a.k.a. “Fun-tastic Facilitators”) to bring these workshops to classrooms, conference rooms, and community spaces across Ontario.
About the Role
As a Fun-tastic Facilitator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission - leading engaging, activity-based sessions that ignite excitement, build practical skills, and inspire students to see their future differently.
This role is perfect for early-career professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, or anyone passionate about youth empowerment and education.
- Locations: Ontario (Multiple, all in-person)
- Compensation: $40 – $80 per hour (based on experience and commitment)
- Important NOTE: Applicants must be bilingual and comfortable facilitating in both French and English .
What You’ll Do

Facilitate interactive and engaging workshops for high school students on a range of topics—from leadership and entrepreneurship to personal branding and design thinking

Create a fun, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, take risks, and share ideas.

Adapt and personalize content delivery to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Work with the LearnIt team to gather feedback and continuously improve the experience for students and educators.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingualism is required—ability to confidently facilitate sessions in both French and English .

A love for teaching, mentoring, or facilitating with a strong ability to connect with youth.

Public speaking or classroom experience - formal or informal.

Located in Ontario and available for in-person sessions.

Experience or interest in areas like business, design, tech, media, social impact, or the arts - we believe every industry has something to teach.
- Bonus : You’ve worked in a professional environment (start-up or Fortune 500) or have an entrepreneurial story to share.
