About the role

Family Practice 100-2161

The physicians will provide services to medically stable 19+ years and older patients transferred from Island Health acute care sites to the unit while they await placement to Long Term Care. The physicians work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary setting that may include nursing, occupational therapists, physicians, healthcare aids, pharmacists and support staff.
