to lead our Edmonton team—driving business performance, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Branch Operations: Oversee all day-to-day activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe execution of projects and office functions.
- Drive Regional Growth : Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve business development goals.
- Ensure Project Excellence: Provide leadership to project teams from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Act as the senior point of contact for clients in the region, strengthening existing relationships and proactively developing new opportunities.
- Financial Oversight: Manage branch financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet or exceed profitability targets.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, development, and engagement.
- Promote Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety policies, regulations, and quality standards across branch and field operations.
- Contribute to Company Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape company-wide initiatives, share best practices, and support cross-regional alignment.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of delivering projects, inspiring teams, and driving results. They bring deep expertise in construction processes, fiscal management, and strategic problem-solving, paired with a knack for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. With a sharp eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for mentoring, they navigate challenges with integrity and deliver excellence at every turn.
Requirements:

Experience: 8+ years in the construction industry with a proven track record in leadership, operations, and project management. Previous s upervisory, management or leadership experience is required

Education: A degree in Business, Finance, Construction/Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).

Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to mentor, coach, and motivate employees while fostering career development and succession planning.

Problem-Solving Abilities:
Creative and strategic thinker capable of overcoming challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Financial Acumen:
Expertise in budgeting, fiscal management, and optimizing profitability.

Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities with a high level of integrity and accountability.

Travel to company and client offices and project sites as required

Must have and maintain a valid provincial drivers license
