Responsibilities:

  • Configured and implemented various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
  • Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate HR requirements into effective HCM Cloud configurations.
  • Supported full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations—requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, testing, and go-live.
  • Conducted gap analysis between current HR processes and Oracle best practices, recommending improvements and optimized solutions.
  • Assisted with security role setup, approval workflows, and HCM Extracts to support access control and automation.
  • Executed Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure configuration accuracy.
  • Provided post-implementation support by resolving functional issues and ensuring ongoing system performance.
  • Developed user training materials and led training sessions for HR teams and stakeholders to drive system adoption.
