Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry and document management is essential.
- Strong organizational skills & multi tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Typing skills
