About the role

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our very busy team in various clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Manage phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry and document management is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills & multi tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Typing skills
