About the role
We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking IT leader to join our team as Director of Information Technology. This role will oversee The Keg’s infrastructure, system performance, and day-to-day operations, while guiding the continued growth of our technical team and tools.
You’ll play a key role in evolving our systems – from managing Microsoft 365 and SQL databases to delivering projects like cloud migrations and AI-driven improvements. This role blends strategic direction with technical execution and is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee infrastructure, network performance, and system reliability
- Manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment
- Lead SQL database administration, performance, and recovery
- Provide coaching and mentorship to a four-person IT team
- Execute technology projects from planning to rollout
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies, including AI solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align systems with business needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, Microsoft 365, and SQL databases
- Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience is AI tools and automation
- Industry certifications are considered an asset

Compensation: $125,000-150,000 total compensation, including bonus potential and benefits.
