Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Solution Architect to join our Technology Strategy and Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with our clients' business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of technology solutions that address complex business challenges and drive transformation for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored technology strategies that align with their objectives.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements, translating them into architectural solutions.
- Assess current technology capabilities and identify opportunities for modernization and innovation.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends, guiding clients in their digital transformation journeys.
- Manage and mentor a team of solution architects and technical consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new projects and participating in proposal development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in technology architecture, solution design, and implementation, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Proven experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas industry processes, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus.
