About the Role

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a talent for building connections and growing business? We're seeking a Commercial Lubricants Sales Representative to drive sales in the South Western and Central Ontario market. In this role, you will actively develop new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (Primary Focus):

  • Prospect and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial lubricants sector.
  • Open new accounts and build strong, lasting relationships with potential clients.
  • Design and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Account Management:

  • Foster relationships with existing customers through regular visits and personalized engagement.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to expand wallet share.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales success in commercial lubricants or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and time.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the territory.
  • Comfortable with Monday to Friday work schedule, actively conducting sales calls.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective typing and organizational skills.
  • Strong numerical aptitude for creating accurate quotes and calculations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
