Customer Experience Manager
Are you passionate about providing a top-notch customer experience? We are looking for a driven and strategic Customer Experience (CX) Manager to lead our CX team, taking our client care and inside sales and support operations to the next level.

Duties
As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team that provides top-tier support to our customers.
- Overseeing daily operations, including answering inbound customer calls/emails, processing orders, creating quotes, and resolving issues.
- Managing logistics for domestic and international shipments (freight, parcel, ground, air, ocean).
- Collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with our internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Experience with supply chain or logistics management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems. Salesforce experience an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude an asset.

Job Type Full-time and available immediately.
Hours Primarily day shift (8:00am – 4:30pm), with flexibility to work longer hours as required.
Location In person at our Carleton Place, ON manufacturing facility.
