We are currently seeking a Dental Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis . If you're an organized, people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you!

Work Schedule
- Full time hours 30 - 35
- Some evenings and weekends are required
What You’ll Do As a Dental Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of front-desk operations and enhancing the overall patient experience. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Promoting and coordinating recommended dental treatments
- Assisting with insurance benefit coordination and financial arrangements
- Processing payments and managing daily financial reporting
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Responding to phone and in-person inquiries efficiently and respectfully
- Collaborating with clinical staff to support seamless patient care
- Performing general administrative duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Completion of post-secondary education in dental assisting, office administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience – minimum 1 year)
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Professional discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency with dental office software and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (additional languages are considered an asset)
