The Entry-Level Marketing Specialist will assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of direct marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in the marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of face-to-face marketing initiatives and local campaigns
- Assist with customer acquisition and brand representation
- Participate in campaign planning, setup, and performance tracking
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights
- Represent clients professionally in public-facing environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency
- Gather customer feedback and report on campaign results
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
- No previous marketing experience required – full training provided
- Must be available to work on-site in Toronto (no remote work offered)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
