Position Summary
The main purpose of this position is to provide the necessary mechanical skills to rebuild Bailey equipment as jobs are assigned. This position significantly contributes to the Bailey equipment being returned to its original mechanical condition.
The individual is expected to maintain all safety aspects of the Rebuild Processes and standards as required.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Responsibilities:
- Dismantling equipment and reporting/recording of all parts to be replaced
- Prepare equipment for painting/painting key parts as necessary
- Cleaned various parts of equipment for reassembly
- Cut and manufacture parts to be replaced, as necessary
- Reassemble equipment in a timely manner and with strict tolerances as necessary
- Maintain documentation to record any repairs or issues with machinery
- Participate in regular inspections of machinery
- Any additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of machine assembly

High school graduate
-
Attention to detail
-
Ability to work in a team environment
-
Good working knowledge of power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics
-
Good working knowledge of machine shop tools
-
Technical knowledge of all relevant machinery and tools
-
Machine assembly skills
-
Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting machinery issues
TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN
Working Conditions:
-
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm
-
Manufacturing and maintenance shop environment
-
Fast-paced environment
-
Physically able to lift materials up to 50 pounds
-
Standing for prolonged periods of time
-
Overtime as required
