About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll guide them through their service needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience from drop-off to pickup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their automotive service needs
- Prepare work orders and service estimates
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the service process
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and inspection
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized service desk
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge is an asset
- Comfortable with computers and service software
