MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.
Our client is a Leading Provider of Packaging and Facility Service Solutions hiring a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in a KPI driven environment driving business in a B2B setting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 Years making outbound sales calls to grow a B2B portfolio
- Driven and motivated by success and the opportunity to progress into Outside Sales
- Hybrid work model, 2 days in office
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics and Zoominfo are a plus
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a KPI driven sales environment, living near Mississauga, but all strong applicants will be considered!
COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary (60-65K) + Bonus plan for OTE of 75K+
- Benefits, vacation, RRSP/Pension and a direct path into Outside Sales if desired
