Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touchpoints through various communication channels.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explains accurately to guests.
- Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
- Check product in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Point-of-Sale system.
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- You are attentive to detail and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- You are able to fulfill physical job requirements, lifting up to 25lbs, repetitive movements, standing for entire shift.
- You must be willing and able to obtain Food Safe certification.
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
