The Store Manager ensures efficiency and compliance of day-to-day management and operations of
stores within their assigned portfolio. The goal is to ensure their portfolio meets and exceeds set
revenue targets while promoting positive company culture and legally protecting our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct monthly quality control audits and coaching webinars.
Manage the process in accordance with the store manager schedule.
Conduct monthly quality control audits and coaching webinars on delinquent accounts.
Manage the assigned portfolio process per the store manager schedule and conduct monthly
quality control audits.
Participate in a weekly planning call with RM(s) to update action plans.
Participate in a bi-weekly update meeting with RM(s) and VP of Operations.
Review nightly reports from the assigned portfolio and participates with RM(s) on addressing
immediate store concerns.
Review, approve and process tenant refunds for the assigned portfolio Review, approve, and
process auction accounts for the assigned portfolio.
Participate with RM (s) to manage (un-rentable, charity, complimentary units, etc.
Participate with RM (s) and individuals responsible for retail to manage inventory of retail
supplies.
Work with RM and Training Manager to support, train, and coach staff on day-to-day tenant
concerns, issues, and situations.
Participate with RM(s) to ensure all staff are aware of and understand company updates and
communications.
Participate with RM(s) to generate, review, understand, update, and communicate Budget
reports, Management reports, Exceptions reports, and any additional reports that bring the
proper understanding of data, expectations, and opportunities to the portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluently bilingual in French and English is considered an asset.
Secondary School or equivalent.
Strong analytical, time management, communication, and listening skills.
Strong coaching and motivating skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to remain composed during a stressful situation.
Flexibility to some travel.
Strong technical and computer skills, MS Office, Database.
Looking for someone that is very good at working alone or with another person, as they will have to work alone at times.
High level of organization skills a must.
Sales experience is a plus, sales over the phone is also a plus.
High level of Customer Service is a MUST.
Customer de-escalation skills a plus
Ability to troubleshoot is a plus.
Management of accounts and people a plus.
Friendly, fun, outgoing, lead by example, time management, empathy, business first mindset, goal setting.
Own car a plus, Might have to work in other locations in the city to cover shifts.
