We’re looking for a results-driven and creative eCommerce Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term growth of our online store. This role is perfect for someone who understands the intersection of fashion, digital marketing, and retail operations, and is excited to elevate our online experience to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of getoutsideshoes.com, including product uploads, merchandising, and on-site content updates
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, SEO, and paid ads
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Ensure accurate inventory syncing between online and in-store systems
- Coordinate with the retail team to align product launches, promotions, and fulfillment
- Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot any technical or UX issues
- Collaborate with creative teams on photography, product descriptions, and brand storytelling
- Stay current on eCommerce and fashion retail trends to help shape strategy
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in fashion or retail
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo (or similar platforms)
- Experience with digital advertising, SEO, and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Eye for aesthetics, product presentation, and user experience
- Passion for sneakers, footwear, and streetwear is a big plus
- Bonus: experience working with inventory systems or POS integrations

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
