YOUR IMPACT
Join OpenText’s Revenue Operations leadership team as a Revenue Operations Manager, where you will play a key role in supporting the Sales organization with data-driven insights and performance metrics. In this role, you'll drive strategic decision-making by translating complex data into meaningful reports and dashboards, helping optimize resources and uncover new opportunities. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Translate data into meaningful insights to guide strategic business decisions
- Define, update, and track key operational performance indicators
- Compile and automate recurring and ad hoc reports from multiple systems and data sources
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various business lines to align goals and objectives
- Solve complex reporting problems through innovative data solutions and automation
- Support leaders in establishing new processes and performance tracking tools
- Ensure accuracy and detail in all metrics provided to internal stakeholders
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business/financial analysis and metrics reporting
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; SQL, Power BI, and Power Query experience highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage large data sets and synthesize them into actionable outputs
- Understanding of process improvement, data modeling, and reporting best practices
- Experience building holistic, scalable, and automated reporting solutions
