We work in a variety of sectors including Energy, Infrastructure, Municipal Land Use and Natural Resources. BRITT RADIUS provides a hybrid working model, where you have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. More in office time may be required during onboarding and training.
As a Surface Land Analyst, you will:

Prepare documentation for Freehold/Private lands and Crown land acquisitions including regulatory supporting documents

Prepare final client packages
-
Review titles, survey plans and mapping to determine third party required consents, prepared and send request letters

Prepare regulatory consultation and notification letters and packages (as per AER Directive 056 requirements as an example)

Provide updates to Project Managers

Prepare various applications (i.e., AMS, OneStop, ACO)

Update client reporting, land systems and project tracking tools

Work with other Analysts, Land Agents and Project Managers to ensure project tasks are completed accurately and on time
TO LAND THIS ROLE you need:
- 1+ years Surface Land Analyst experience in a consulting services/broker environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Take initiative and be self-motivated
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and high levels of motivation
- Authentic personality and natural sense of curiosity
- Willingness to challenge yourself and grow
