About the Project:
A boutique collection of move-in-ready townhomes located in one of Richmond’s most beloved neighbourhoods. Designed for families and lifestyle-focused buyers, this development blends timeless architecture with modern comfort and walkable access to nature, schools, shops, and history.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the on-site sales effort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, engaging prospective buyers, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating with the marketing team, and achieving sales targets. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role ideal for someone with experience in real estate sales and a passion for connecting people to exceptional homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day sales operations on-site, including show home tours and client follow-ups
- Convert leads into sales through relationship building and product knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional strategies and events
- Maintain accurate records in Spark software and prepare weekly sales reports
- Liaise with the developer, and sales coordinator to ensure smooth sales progression
- Represent the development and the developer with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project sales (3+ years preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Spark, Avesdo) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is an asset but not required
Compensation
- Competitive base salary with additional commission-based compensation
