About the role

Rubicon Organics, a leader in premium and mainstream cannabis brands, is seeking a passionate and consumer-focused Brand Ambassador to support our diverse portfolio. If you have a deep appreciation for cannabis, a talent for engaging consumers, and a drive to grow within the industry, we’d love to meet you!

This is a part-time role (8-10 hours per week), ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, educating consumers, and increasing brand awareness in retail and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations to educate customers and budtenders about Rubicon’s products.

  • Deliver budtender training sessions to enhance product knowledge and advocacy.

  • Create memorable consumer experiences that drive sales and brand loyalty.

  • Increase brand visibility in retail stores and community events.

  • Represent Rubicon at trade shows, product launches, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.

  • Track and report on brand awareness and consumer engagement.

  • Generate buzz through social media and other marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about cannabis with a strong willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and industry professionals.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners.

  • Experience creating and sharing content on social media platforms is an asset.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

  • Reliable transportation to visit retail locations and attend events.

  • Must be 19+ (legal requirement) with a valid driver’s license.
