About the role
As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Master Data Management, you will provide technical leadership in the design and oversight of the implementation of MDM solutions within our organization.
The role:
- Solution Design: design the Enterprise MDM architecture, considering factors such as data integration, data governance, data quality, and data stewardship requirements. This design must align with the organization's business objectives and IT infrastructure.
- Data Modeling: develop data models that define how master data entities (such as customers, products, or employees) are structured, related, and stored within the MDM system. This includes defining data attributes, relationships, and hierarchies.
- Technical Oversight: provide technical leadership and oversight during the implementation phase. They collaborate with IT teams, developers, and data engineers to ensure that the MDM solution is implemented according to design specifications and meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.
What you will bring:
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, including significant hands-on experience with MDM solutions
- 5+ year Experience with MDM tools like Informatica, IBM, Ataccama,
- 3+ years Managing Data teams
- Proven experience leading MDM initiatives in a complex environment
- Experience with Data Privacy laws, security and policies
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- CPG experience is nice to have
- Working in an Agile framework
Education:
Bachelor in related field required (ie Math, Computer Science, BA)

The typical hiring range for this position is $137,000 - $167,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
