Position Overview
The Physician Success Lead at Aroga is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting healthcare providers, with a special focus on assisting internationally trained physicians with their immigration and licensing processes in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and healthcare providers, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing offer negotiations.
Oversee and coordinate onboarding for new providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from contract signing through their first months in practice.
Serve as the primary contact for new providers, addressing questions and facilitating communication with internal teams such as HR, credentialing, and IT.
Support internationally trained physicians by guiding them through Canadian immigration pathways (e.g., Express Entry), credential verification, and provincial licensing requirements.
Prepare and deliver onboarding materials, checklists, and orientation sessions for new providers.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, offering ongoing support to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership and other departments to identify and resolve issues impacting provider experience and retention.
Maintain up to date dashboard to track candidate progress
Qualifications
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, onboarding, or provider support, preferably within the Canadian healthcare system.
Strong understanding of Canadian immigration and licensing processes for physicians, or willingness to learn.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and onboarding tools is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
