Seeking a unique individual to consistently provide exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients to support our promise of Boat Insurance Made Easy!
We are hiring for the following shift:
12:00pm to 8:00pm. - shift premium 10%
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales
- Sell policies to new and existing clients in accordance with approved processes
- Address all inquiries from prospective clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Obtain all necessary details in order to properly rate the risk
- Provide certificates of insurance to clients, dealers, and finance companies as requested
Customer Service
- Identify, address and resolve client inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Review policies and report claims
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding payment, gather required information, explain coverage changes and limitations
- Obtain underwriting approval when needed
Processing
- Process renewals, new business, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements in the appropriate systems in accordance with approved processes
- Handle incoming paperwork and client requests in accordance with service level agreements
- Maintain database of client information
Email & Voicemail
- Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on outstanding documentation
- Secure customer testimonials
Other projects
- Projects as assigned by the management team
- Attend courses to further work related education and complete job related self-development
What you'll need
Education
- Post-secondary level education
- RIBO license (or willingness to obtain)
