Student Clerk
We are searching for a reliable and trustworthy students to join our organisation. The student's responsibilities include completing tasks assigned by the supervisor, upholding the organisation's values, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism with all stakeholders. You should arrive on time, follow instructions, and improve the overall operations of the organisation.
To be successful as a student volunteer, you should demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills. Outstanding student volunteers should be diligent, meticulous, and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding your role and responsibilities as well as the rules and safety regulations of the organisation.
- Completing the relevant training and asking questions if you are uncertain about anything.
- Completing all duties assigned by the supervisor and reporting any issues immediately.
- Observing the rules and safety regulations of the organisation while carrying out tasks.
- Arriving on time for duty and remaining professional in your interactions with all stakeholders.
- Making recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate.
- Delivering presentations or reports if necessary.
- Communicating with the supervisor or relevant stakeholders when you are running late or unable to fulfil your duties.
Requirements:
- Completion of relevant training might be required.
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to follow instructions.
- Respect and diligence.
- Good time management and reliable transport.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people

Golden Equity Properties was formed in 2001. We specialize in the acquisition and management of multi-unit residential properties in the Southern Ontario & Manhattan market space. We currently own and manage over 100 multi-unit residential properties.
Our group currently has different partners in our real estate holdings in major Canadian & U.S. cities. We have been focusing on purchasing quality multi residential properties in preferred locations. We are aggressive with our management and have been very successful thus far in increasing the value of every property in our portfolio.
