Responsabilités
- Conseiller les employeurs sur une vaste gamme de questions en matière de santé et sécurité au travail, y compris les accidents, la santé mentale, le harcèlement et la sécurité psychologique.
- Représenter les clients devant les tribunaux administratifs, notamment la CNESST et le Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT).
- Rédiger et mettre à jour les politiques internes, réaliser des audits SST, offrir de la formation.
- Participer activement au développement des affaires (conférences, publications, formations clients).
- Gérer des dossiers de manière autonome et encadrer les membres juniors de l’équipe si nécessaire.

Exigences
- Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
- Expérience en droit du travail, incluant une expertise en SST.
- Bilinguisme parfait (français et anglais), à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Capacité à gérer des dossiers complexes en toute autonomie.
- Fortes habiletés en communication et approche axée sur la collaboration.

- Advise employers on all aspects of occupational health and safety (OHS), including workplace injuries, psychological safety, mental health, and harassment issues.
- Represent clients before administrative tribunals including the CNESST and the Tribunal Administratif du Travail (TAT).
- Draft and update workplace policies, conduct compliance audits, and deliver training.
- Contribute to business development efforts through speaking engagements, publications, and client training.
- Manage complex files independently and support junior team members when required.
