Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty Specialists Inc., Brokerage is seeking a Full-Time Real Estate Sales/Marketing Office Administrator to join our fast pace growing brokerage. Expected to have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive mindset and a drive to take initiative and get things done in a constantly evolving atmosphere. Must have a strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Office and Social Media Platforms with basic experience in real estate documentations.
Job Description: Assist and Oversee All Office Operations Within the Sales and Marketing Departments
- Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, when introduced
- Book and confirm corporate meeting appointments
- Greet and assist all clients/visitors
- Redirect calls and coordinate with answering service, when introduced
- Book meeting rooms when required for client and corporate meetings
- Receive deposit cheques and provide receipt
- Manage Broker Bay, Toronto MLS & Webforms
- Manage and complete sales and marketing forms/reports/spreadsheets
- Track sales & marketing implementation projects and results
- Collaborate with the creative team to manage social media posts and respond to marketplace inquiries
- Manage and Order Office Supplies
- Assist with client and inhouse events
- Assist as required with photocopying and create a filing system
- Assist with all real estate paperwork/offers/agreements with broker of record and realtors
- Manage and assist retrieving all documentations from university training sites
- Upload MLS listings, photos and attachments, price changes, extensions, etc.
- Coordinate all appointments for staging, photos, videography for new listings.
- Prepare and draft real estate related documents
- Assist the Marketing Department with creating postcards and flyers on Canva
- Prepare listing packages including property feature sheets, drafting letters and flyers for client meetings.
- Maintain and update client listings in our database/CRM.
- Create and manage Google Workplace
- Create and manage inhouse email accounts
- Create new databases as requested and coordinate email blasts and messaging
- Prepare and coordinate all deliveries for flyers, postcards, newsletters, client and prospect mailings.
- Get the best pricing from printing companies.
- Process mail, emails, couriers and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Inputting all listings onto multiple websites
- Other duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Aurora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
