About the role
Insight Global is looking for a Sr Systems Engineer with 5 + years experience working with Active Directory, Windows, VMware and cloud environments. They will be responsible for VMware upgrades, Active Directory rebuilds and refreshes to 2024 version, merging 2 tenants to 1, working on data center refreshes, building out machines and troubleshooting tickets. This role requires the candidate to be on call on a 4 week rotation and they must have the requirements below.
Must Haves:
- 5 years experience as a Systems Engineer/Microsoft Engineer/Cloud Engineer
- Active Directory, Windows and VMware
- Experience with Azure, Oracle, GCP, or AWS
Plusses:
- Experience with storage and backup
- Rubrik or Pure Storage
- Experience with disaster recovery
